В России подведены итоги девяти месяцев деятельности судов.
Согласно данным председателя ВС РФ за девять месяцев в РФ суды избрали меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении 61 тысяч человек. При этом отказано было в 9 тысячах ходатайств. В процентном соотношении удовлетворено 88 процентов ходатайств об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
За весь 2023 год было подано 93357 ходатайств о заключении под стражу и удовлетворены 82480 из них. В процентном соотношении это тоже 88 процентов.
И хотя общее количество ходатайств за 2024 год должно быть значительно меньше, чем в 2023, подавляющее число ходатайств следователей о заключении под стражу удовлетворяются.

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
