600 рублей в ИК и 624 (без 7 копеек) рублей - это расходы на содержание одного заключенного (обвиняемого) в ИК или СИЗО в РФ в день.
При этом соответственно 408 и 454 рубля из них тратятся на оплату труда персонала. За вычетом все расходов в день на питание остается 74-75 рублей. И это самый низкий показатель в Европе.
