Сегодня 31 января, а лифт до сих пор не работает. Сам лифт уже установили. Все работы закончили. Но лифт не запускают. На верхних этажах живут пожилые люди, которым не удобно каждый день спускаться и подниматься. Никто не говорит когда начнёт работать лифт.»
