Прокуратурой города Краснодара принято участие в заседании представительного органа местного самоуправления

Заместителем прокурора города Данилом Малышевым принято участие в 85 очередном заседании городской думы Краснодара.
На заседании определены меры поддержки для ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны и участников СВО, перераспределены бюджетные денежные средства, рассмотрены кадровый вопрос и вопросы оплаты труда отдельных категорий работников.

По протесту прокурора скорректировано положение о порядке управления и распоряжения муниципальной собственностью.

Принятые решения учли замечания прокурора по порядку установления и оценки применения обязательных требований, порядку переименования городских объектов и др.

Участие органов прокуратуры в нормотворческой деятельности будет продолжено.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
