Срок получения комплексных экологических разрешений истекает 31 декабря 2024 года.
По состоянию на 24 декабря 2024 года на государственном учете состоит 5376 объектов I категории.
2409 объектов получили КЭР, в том числе 201 объект, относящийся к трёмстам крупнейшим.
По имеющейся информации, на государственном учёте состоит 855 объектов I категории, которые не планируют получать КЭР (планируют понизить свою категорию, сняться с учёта и так далее). С учетом этого, КЭР должны получить ещё 2112 объектов.
Таким образом, порядка 2,1 тысячи объектов находятся в зоне риска необходимости уплаты повышенной платы за негативное воздействия на окружающую среду (с повышающими коэффициентами «100» за вредные выбросы и сбросы и «25» - за размещение отходов).
