Ребята там нахуивертили супер плотную застройку с максимально высотой 184 метра. Офисник предполагается будет 200 метров.

Удивительно, но в посадку влезла школа. Сразу видно, что у Гранельки нет мощности мастер-девелопера. Например, MR смог удивительным образом перевести на Славе апартаменты в квартиры (81 тыс. кв. м.), не построив там даже намека социалки. Черная магия, не иначе.
