ПИК стартует с проектом «Кутузовский квартал». Сразу видна эволюция продукта - есть балконы, террасы, корзины для кондеев убрали. Можно подумать, что даже не ПИК.

Ценник «доступный» - средняя 390 тыс. руб./кв. метр. Минималка - студии по 9 мультов. Для Кутузы - это прям доступное жилье.
