Вторая очередь Wave - что-то родом из 2010-ых. Напоминает проект Технопарк, который сдан лет 5 назад только повыше и с "зубцами". Тоже фиксируем этот архитектурный прием. Он по ходу много где теперь будет встречаться.

Отдельный звездец - это ЛСРовсукие планировки со студийной нарезкой. Под сдачу, берем? Инвестор не мамонт, инвестор не вымрет.
