Не уезжаем далеко от Logos, тут на ЗУ "Павловская, 18" и "Павловская, 27/29" готовится КРТ на 54,5 тыс. кв. м. Там будет и жилье и реконструкция. Это что-то новенькое для программы КРТ. Ранее ничего не реконструировали, отправляли все под нож. Но, на данном ЗУ находится завод Искра, который до революции был цинколитейной фабрикой купца Жолобова. Очевидно, что какие-то корпуса на ней имеют статус ОКН. Поэтому ждите первый редевелопмент в рамках КРТ.

Ранее, MR за углом взял площадку "Павловская, 25". Поэтому не только в "Павелецкой Сити" хаты брать, можно и подальше от ЖД будет.

Диаметр от Тульской до Садового кольца - крайне неплохой район, очень недооцененный на фоне Пресни или Хамовников. Но, девелоперы раздраконят Шаболовку в ближайшее время, ой мама не горюй, поэтому статус локации и престижности поднимется.
