Архитекторы хотели сохранить неподдельную атмосферу немецкого строения, чудом сохранившуюся в советском кинотеатре «Заря», — так родилась основная идея этого места: время, переходящее из XX века в XXI, эпоха миллениума, где прошлое и будущее пересекаются, создавая неповторимую атмосферу.
