✅Вода холод.- 300 мл ✅Кипяток- 1 стак. (250 мл) ✅Мука- 230 гр ✅Сода- 0,5 ч. л. ✅Куркума- 0,5 ч. л. ✅Сахар- 1 ст. л. ✅Уксус столовый- 1 ст. л. ✅Соль- щепотка
✏️В миску наливаем 300 мл обычной воды. Добавляем сахар, соль, уксус и соду. ✏️В муку добавляем куркуму.
❗️Можно печь и без куркумы, но тогда блинчики будут обычного цвета.
✏️Всыпаем мучную смесь. Перемешиваем. Вливаем кипяток. Тщательно перемешиваем венчиком и оставляем тесто на 20 минут. ✏️Смазываем хорошо разогретую сковороду масляной салфеткой. Наливаем тесто, распределяю его по сковороде. Жарим с обеих сторон. Ангела за трапезой!😇
