🗓 11 марта в Кировском районном суде Перми будет заново рассматриваться иск заключенного Ивана Зверева о мизерном размере заработной платы.
Внимание: за месяц работы в цеху по производству пластмассы Зверев получил 39 рублей 67 копеек (!)
Сначала Кировский районный суд посчитал это законным, а Пермский краевой суд его в этом поддержал. Но в конце прошлого года мы успешно обжаловали несправедливое решение пермских судов в Седьмом кассационном суде общей юрисдикции в Челябинске.
Рассмотрев жалобу нашего подзащитного Зверева, Кассационный суд вынес архиважное решение по начислению зарплаты заключенным в России.
