В праздничном концерте приняли участие лучшие кыргызские творческие коллективы и артисты российских ансамблей. По приглашению многочисленной кыргызской диаспоры представленной в Совете по национальной политике Партии Возрождения России председателем Центра поддержки русско-киргизских стратегических и общественных инициатив в почётном ранге Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла Раимкулом Аттакуровым в торжественной церемонии принял участие председатель СНП ПВР Андрей Гетманов. А. Гетманов отметил, что Кыргызстан является единственным государством на постсоветском пространстве, где русский язык официально признан и используется наравне с кыргызским языком, а сами кыргызстанцы свято чтят нашу общую великую историю, будучи приверженными дружбе и братству между нашими народами.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
