Магистрали, которые планируется построить до 2030 года, должны снизить нагрузку на дорожную сеть столицы. Партнерами структуры ГПБ по проекту могут стать «Кватра инвест», связанная с акционером МИСК Дмитрием Давыдовым, и компания «Стройгазойл».
