Среди них он назвал «необоснованные претензии и неправовые заявления представителей госорганов Киргизии высокого уровня в отношении добропорядочных, добросовестных российских компаний, которые развивают экономику Киргизии». Премьер-министр России уточнил, что речь идет о компаниях, которые «входят в число крупнейших налогоплательщиков». Он попросил властей Киргизии прекратить «административное давление на наши компании» и обеспечить защиту их прав.
В ответ киргизский премьер сказал, что «до этого» уже обсуждали эту тему с Мишустиным. Касымалиев добавил, что когда вернется обратно в Бишкек, то постарается «еще раз об этом у себя поговорить» и проинформировать Россию.
