Торговая сеть «Магнит» снизила стоимость помещений в ТРЦ «Премьер» до 192 млн рублей. Выставленные на продажу площади ранее занимал супермаркет «Мегамарт», который с 2021 года является частью холдинга «Магнит».
Впервые помещение выставили на продажу в сентябре 2023 года за 239,4 млн руб. В состав комплекса входят основное помещение на цокольном площадью 4408,8 кв. м и вспомогательные, в числе которых объекты площадью 1048, 125 и 658,1 кв. м, а также земельный участок площадью 17 422 кв.м.
Помещение реализуется по принципу аукциона: победителем будет признан участник, предложивший максимальную цену.
