В ноябре 2018 года уроженец Узбекистана Темур Хусинов и его знакомый налетели на двух прохожих, которые ругались между собой. Сначала Хусинов нанес не менее четырех ударов по голове, а потом догнал его и добил. Мужчине, которому не повезло пройти мимо, умер, не приходя в сознание.
По статье «Умышленное причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью, повлекшее смерть потерпевшего» Хусинов получил 6 лет строгого режима, вину он не признал. Свой срок он должен был отмотать в ИК-19, а уже в ноябре мигрант должен был выйти на свободу.
