«Произошло все ровно наоборот. У нас резкий рост поддержки президента. Они посчитали, что если это было бы применено по отношению к ним, то привело бы к таким результатам, сочли, что российское общество будет вести себя также», — заявил Кириенко.
Также он подчеркнул, что для России «есть вещи гораздо более важные, чем возможность приобрести тот или иной товар в магазине»: «Гораздо важнее для живущих в России вопросы — «справедливо — не справедливо», «своих не бросаем», право самостоятельного выбора — «какие книги читать, какую музыку слушать».

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
