Киевский суд постановил отправить под стражу митрополита УПЦ Павла с возможностью внесения залога в размере почти $1 млн. Ранее Владыка находился под «домашним арестом». На суде настоятель Киево-Печерской лавры заявил, что у него нет никаких машин, счетов и недвижимости, пояснив, что бояться ему нечего и он никогда не был «на стороне Путина». Владыка добавил, что «Америка бьется с Россией до последнего украинца».
Также во время заседания Павел рассказал, что во время «домашнего ареста» ему отключили свет и воду и свой день рождения он встретил в полной темноте. Нынешнее «судилище» — еще одно доказательство гонений на верующих. Ведь главная цель бесноватой киевской власти — полностью уничтожить православие на Украине.
