В Совете Федерации одобрили закон, который предусматривает введение нового миграционного режима «высылки». За иностранцами, которые нелегально находятся на территории нашей страны, власти планируют усилить контроль. Срок временного пребывания в России без визы сократится до 90 суток в течение года.
Вводится целый ряд ограничений для нелегалов — в частности, запреты коснутся управления машиной, открытия банковского счета. Ограничения также распространяются на заключение брака и приобретение недвижимости. Нелегальная миграция сейчас является крайне острой проблемой — число незаконно находящихся на территории РФ иностранцев в последние годы только растет.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
