Впервые за последние годы цены практически не менялись весь год, говорится в исследовании IRN RU.
▫️Средняя цена 1 кв. м на вторичке вСтарой Москве выросла на 0,8% — до 272,5 тыс. руб.
Наибольший рост показали:
— Северный округ: +2,2% (276,6 тыс. руб. за кв. м); — Центральный округ: +2,1% (425,4 тыс. руб. за кв. м); — Западный округ: +1,9% (309,6 тыс. руб. за кв. м).
▫️ В Новой Москве средняя цена «квадрата» выросла всего на 0,3% — до204,4 тыс. руб.
▫️ В Подмосковье цены немного снизились на 0,3%, составив в среднем153,2 тыс. руб. за кв. м.
В 2025 году эксперты прогнозируют постепенное снижение цен в самых бюджетных и ликвидных сегментах.
