Чукотка станет ближе к России: на одной из ключевых трасс региона между Анадырем и Магаданской областью завершили строительство моста через реку Мильгувеем.

Губернатор Чукотки Роман Копин рассказал о ходе работ и планах на ближайшее будущее:

"Мост длинный - почти 220 метров. А протяженность всего объекта - больше пяти километров. В следующем году планируем ввести в эксплуатацию мостовые переходы через Левый Яракваам, Правый Яракваам и Лелювеем."

Из-за особенностей климата мосты — наиболее сложные для строительства объекты. Тем не менее, власти делают всё, чтобы как можно быстрее запустить движение по новой дороге. Это крайне важно, ведь благодаря этой трассе доступ к морскому порту Певек станет круглогодичным.
