Согласно документу, медицинские организации будут предоставлять уголовно-исполнительным инспекциям сведения о таких лицах, составляющие врачебную тайну. Это необходимо для контроля за применением принудительных медицинских мер в отношении педофилов. Врачебная информация будет предоставляться без согласия гражданина.
Определить порядок этого контроля должны Минюст и Минздрав.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
