Все понимают, что если "Ростеху" не согласуют перенос, компания потеряет трехмесячную выручку за мощность - более 2 млрд рублей.
В "Сообществе потребителей энергии" считают, что если бы третий энергоблок запустили вовремя, в 2023 году, это бы подстраховало энергосистему юга от произошедшего коллапса.
