⚡️ АО «Росатом Арктика» станет единым оператором северного завоза в РФ с 1 января 2026 г. Соответствующее распоряжение подписал премьер Мишустин.
АО «Ростом Арктика» было учреждено в декабре 2023 г. Генеральный директор – Владимир Панов, экс-депутат Госдумы, который с 2020 г. является заместителем председателя госкомиссии по вопросам развития Арктики.
▶️ Северный завоз предназначен для снабжения жителей Крайнего Севера продовольствием, лекарствами и топливом. Около 3 млн тонн грузов ежегодно доставляются в 25 регионов России с помощью трехсот судов. Сопутствующие расходы составляют порядка 110 млрд руб. в год.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
