Поддерживаю эту меру и проголосовал «за», хотя, как справедливо отметила председатель Комитета по защите семьи, вопросам отцовства, материнства и детства Н.А. Останина, поскольку это вопрос поддержки демографии, необходимо не периодически пролонгировать программу маткапитала, а сделать её бессрочной.
Среди других предложений депутатов - расширение возможностей использования средств семейного капитала, а также введение «прогрессивной шкалы» его выплат с увеличением суммы с рождением последующих детей.
❓P.S. По данным Росстата, действующие меры поддержки рождаемости не дают должного эффекта, количество новорожденных в России снижается с 2014 г., а в прошлом году в нашей стране зафиксировано минимальное за 25 лет число рожденных детей.
