Накануне проевропейская "оппозиция" воткнула палатки у здания парламента Грузии и стала устраивать стычки с полицией. Переночевав, они продолжают бузить на площадях и улицах Тбилиси до сих пор.

Пока всё идет по стандартной соровской методичке. Судя по развитию событий, в скором времени попытаются отыграть сценарий "небесной сотни". Чего, естественно, очень бы не хотелось.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
