Производство создается в Атырау, где у ГК TEXOL уже действуют мощности по сервису вагонов. Площадка будет иметь одноименное название – Атырауский вагоностроительный завод (АВСЗ). Компания также отмечает, что ведется разработка собственной модели сочлененной фитинговой платформы.
