Как оказалось, запах дыма почувствовал экипаж парамедиков, а после включилась противопожарная тревога. В результате 40 пациентов, проходящих стационарное лечение, были эвакуированы.
Прибывшие на место спасатели констатировали, что сработали датчики на четвертом этаже комплекса, однако возгорания не зафиксировано.
