Документ позволяет приступить к сооружению базы, на которой в течение всего периода сооружения новых энергоблоков будут располагаться административные и производственные корпуса. Также на данной площадке планируется разместить складское хозяйство и цеха укрупненной сборки.

On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
