Среди изменений, предложенных Минстроем РФ:
🔘 вместо номера протокола нужно будет указывать уникальный идентификатор, присвоенный ГИС ЖКХ собранию; 🔘 СНИЛС станет обязательным при заполнении решений собственниками-физлицами; 🔘 срок формирования протокола в зависимости от формата проведения собрания составит от 24 часов до 10 дней.

Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
