Сегодня ушёл из жизни мой любимый папа. Я знаю, что у него было не четверо детей. Моя сестра, два наших брата и я. У него были сотни мальчишек и девчонок, которые любили баскетбол. И папу очень любили. А он любил всех нас. Постоянно воспитывал, учил, шутил, иронизировал, выручал из самых разных жизненных ситуаций. Папа...Мы тебя любим. И всегда будем помнить. Ты всегда был на стороне своей семьи, своих детей, и на моей стороне был всегда. Это давало уверенность. И будет её давать. Папуля, спи спокойно...🙏🙏🙏

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
