За 9 месяцев текущего года энергетики обработали почти 172 тысячи обращений от потребителей. В сравнении с аналогичным периодом 2023 года количество запросов от клиентов увеличилось почти на 60 %.
По статистике, чаще всего для взаимодействия с энергетиками клиенты выбирают удобные дистанционные форматы – интернет-сервисы и телефонную связь. Только с января по сентябрь 2024 года операторы контакт-центра приняли более 140 тысяч звонков, а посредством онлайн-ресурсов потребителям предоставлено свыше 17,7 тысячи консультаций и услуг.

The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
