Из-за холода мазут опустился на дно и пока он там — вся живность будет умирать. Волонтёры ежедневно находят рапанов и крабов в мазуте. Если крабов ещё удаётся отмыть и спасти, то у рапанов мазут забивается в раковину и моллюск гибнет.
Счёт погибших морских обитателей идёт на сотни тысяч особей, а тушки умерших рыб начнут всплывать только весной. По оценкам экологов, подводный мир и песок будут восстанавливаться минимум 10 лет

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
