Алексей Соколовский и Михаил Кутузов на «Оке» попытались обогнать черный джип Рубика Акопяна возле Парка Победы. Водитель «Ленд Крузера» догнал «Оку», возник конфликт. Акопян расстрелял Кутузова (убит) и Соколовского (ранен) из пистолета, затем бросил свой «Ленд Крузер» неподалеку и скрылся. В настоящее время он задержан.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
