Среди ростовских организаций, которые не выполнили свои обязанности по ликвидации последствий непогоды: ООО «УК Первомайский», ООО «УК Ремейк», ООО «УК Уют и комфорт», ООО «Спецстрой», ТСЖ «Возрождение», ООО «УК Меркурий», батайские ООО «УК Надежда», ТСЖ «Социалистическая, 150».
