На него были приглашены более 2,5 тыс. воспитанников суворовских и нахимовских училищ, школ с кадетскими классами, патриотических клубов из всех регионов страны, а также гости из 20 государств.
Среди приглашённых были 820 человек, чьи родные и близкие либо находятся в зоне СВО, либо погибли в ходе спецоперации.
Для участников бала организовали праздничный концерт. Завершением вечера стало выступление певца SHAMAN.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
