В Госдуму внесен проект постановления об освобождении Бадмы Башанкаева от должности председателя думского комитета по охране здоровья. Об этом свидетельствуют данные электронной думской базы.
Согласно проекту постановления на посту главы комитета Госдумы по охране здоровья Башанкаева сменит депутат Сергей Леонов.
При этом Башанкаев будет назначен на должность первого заместителя председателя комитета. Из документа следует, что проект постановления может быть включен в порядок работы заседания ГД 26 ноября.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
