Высаженные у Биржевого сквера в Калининграде молодые ели в итоге умерли. Напомним, до этого горадминистрация объявила прошлые многолетние росшие здесь ели больными и выкорчевала их. Взамен высадили новые "здоровые". Как показало время, дело было, видимо, не в деревьях.
Но деньги освоены, всё в полном порядке! И вряд ли кто-то за это ответит.

Но деньги освоены, всё в полном порядке! И вряд ли кто-то за это ответит.
