Один из самых древних сохранившихся русских шлемов.

Найден в Гнёздово в кургане 86 (18) (раскопки С. И. Сергеева 1901 года). Шлем находился на огнище вместе с кольчугой и прикрывал меч и нож, вертикально воткнутые в землю, рядом было копье. Высота шлема около 18 см, длина окружности по нижнему краю венца около 64 см. Тулья составлена из двух половин, соединенных наклепанной полосой с двойным рядом часто расположенных заклепок. Нижний край стягивает широкий обруч с рядом крупных петель для бармицы. Под шлемом встретилось несколько мелких шариков золота и серебра (вероятно, остатки украшений). Датирован шлем X веком.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
