Напомним, что BC Partners приобрел 55% акций United Group у фонда KKR в марте 2019 года за 2,6 миллиарда евро.
В рамках United Group в Сербии действуют в том числе кабельная сеть SBB, телеканалы Н1 и Нова С, а также газеты «Данас» и «Радар».
Греческий портал «Нафтемпорики» утверждает, что в покупке заинтересованы компании Etisalat из ОАЭ и саудовская Saudi Telecom.
