Ранее за поправку о досрочном лишении полномочий главы региона, в случае признания его «иноагентом», в устав Псковской области проголосовали все депутаты. Закон вступит в силу завтра.
11 июля в Псковской области решили, что полномочия депутатов-«иноагентов» будут также досрочно прекращаться.
