Этот гоп-парад называется в Челябинске чисткой дорог от снега. Мы уже не раз слышали о том, как «эффективно» чистят дороги в этом городе-миллионнике, погребённом под сугробами и завалами, но раньше эти машинки с задранными ковшами проезжали так быстро, что их никак не могли поймать на видео. И вот, наконец, на@баторов всё-таки засекли.
И такая херня – по всем районам Челябинска.
Смысл этих покатушек в том, что для подтверждения выполненных работ нужны всего лишь показания с GPS-трекеров, демонстрирующие, что машины передвигаются по маршруту. А чистили они снег или нет – да в рот компот!
Зато теперь понятно, откуда берутся московские и питерские квартиры у альфонса и других бедных родственников главы Челябинска Натальи Котовой.
