Насколько я понимаю, это заявление означает, что Россия готова уступить Закавказье Турции. Азербайджан, Грузия, теперь Армения. Дороги, транзит, углеводороды. Карабах был тем яблоком раздора, который удерживал Армению в орбите России. Теперь его нет. Вернее есть, пока там размещаются российские миротворцы, но если Турция способствует примирению, то функцию поддержания порядка можно передать ей.
А можно не передавать. Как там будет через год не знает никто. Американцы вот выходят из Афганистана, Ирака, может Сирии. Французы из Африки. Русские могут выйти из Закавказья. Все отовсюду выходят. Только китайцы и турки продвигаются навстречу друг другу.
