Импортеры алюминия, стали и других товаров должны будут приобретать цифровые сертификаты ПКУМ. Сертификаты будут рассчитываться исходя из средней недельной цены разрешений Европейской системы торговли выбросами (ETS) и представляют собой стоимость углеродных выбросов, встроенных в импортируемые товары. Для обеспечения соблюдения правил ПКУМ будут использоваться TARIC-коды, описывающие условия ввоза товаров. Если ни одно из условий освобождения от ПКУМ не выполняется, применяется код Y025, запрещающий импорт товаров. 📃

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
