Про информационную войну и проигрыш в ней согласен целиком и полностью. Сам работаю со студентами и вижу, что они целиком и полностью находятся вне государственной информационной повестки.
Сейчас, кстати, вижу еще одну опасную тенденцию. Из-за бездействия официальных структур в работе с молодежью, та ее часть, которую можно назвать патриотической, уходит в правый крен. Смотрите, кто сейчас пытается организовать мероприятия в поддержку Русской Армии? Спутник и Погром, да Черная Сотня.
А где все эти молодёжки ОНФ с их шапочками-снегирями? Все эти комитеты по работе с молодежью Общественной Палаты? А, нет их.
Я вижу полную площадь и рёв толпы в Грозном. Где, мать вашу, молебны о победе русского оружия?! #медиатехнологии #Россия @rybar

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
