10 января США ввели санкции против сербской компании «Нефтяная индустрия Сербии» (NIS), 56% акций которой принадлежат российским «Газпромнефти» и «Газпрому».
Санкции действительно серьезные, и могут сказаться на экономике всей Сербии, а также на потере крупного для России актива.
По словам руководства Сербии, с момента введения санкций больше ничего сделать нельзя: даже если Россия продаст свою часть, ограничения сразу же будут распространяться и на покупателей. США требуют полного выхода российских инвесторов из NIS. Затем план управления собственностью должен быть одобрен США.
