▪️Кабачок натираем на мелкой терке и оставляем на 20 минут, за это время он отдает лишнюю влагу. ▪️Хорошо его отжимаем. ▪️Моцареллу натираем на мелкой тёрке. ▪️Смешиваем тёртый кабачок, яйца, молоко, моцареллу и перемешиваем. ▪️Выливаем смесь в силиконовые формы и выпекаем в духовке 20-25 минут при температуре 180гр.
