МВД: Минтруда незаконно заключило 53 контракта на 35 млн рублей
🔻Как сообщает МВД Северной Осетии, в период с января 2022 года по мая 2023 года должностные лица Министерства труда и соцразвития республики без проведения торгов незаконно заключили контракты на поставку товаров с единственным поставщиком. Общая сумма составила 35 млн рублей.
Следственным управлением МВД возбуждено уголовное дело о превышении должностных полномочий. Министр труда и соцразвития Алина Айдарова задержана на 48 часов. Прокуратура Северной Осетии взяла расследование дела на контроль.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
