А ещё в решении антимонопольщиков сказано, что другие фирмы (которым отказали в выигрыше) готовы были получить за работу 27 миллионов рублей вместо заявленных 60-ти.
До 15 ноября мэрия должна устранить нарушения. При этом парковки обещали обустроить до 15 декабря.
